Are we sure to be delivered on time?
From the moment that your order has been confirmed by email by one of our florists in the shop, your order enters a manufacturing and delivery process that aims to deliver you to the address and date requested. If, however, a delay or unforeseen obstacle occurs, you will be informed immediately. Our company exists since 1927 and knows perfectly manage all the processes related to the craft of the flower. You can order with peace of mind.
With which means of payment can I pay?
For now you can pay by credit card or Paypal, using the functions of our online payment by Paypal, which allows you to pay by card without opening a Paypal account.
Can I pay on delivery?
The payment on delivery is reserved for certain customers in account within the company Narmino SARL. We invite them once their choice is made on the website by phone to one of our two shops to see the possibilities of payment facilities available to them.
Do you deliver elsewhere than in Monaco and neighboring communities?
For all deliveries outside Monaco, neighboring cities and cities up to Nice, we invite you to contact us by phone (see contact page) to know the conditions and shipping rates.

In case of problems with an order, you can go to one of the two shops of the Narmino SARL group based in Monaco or send your request via the form on this page. So you can be sure that we only choose quality flowers, and that our compositions are made with a sharp sense of excellence.
Can I withdraw my orders in the shop?
You can indeed come to withdraw your orders in the shop which will have made the composition. To do this, please contact us by phone from this page so that you can tell you where to go (we have two points of sale in Monaco). You can also choose this option when placing your order.
What are the indicated sizes?
